    Been avoiding baking since I started this journey in March, so only had a Strawberry cake mix.

    Took 1/2 of it, mixed in
    1 cont. Chobani bite Raspberry with dark chocolate greek yogurt (3.5 oz.)
    3 egg whites, to make up for the small container of yogurt
    1/2 C water'
    2 Tablespoons Mini semi sweet chocolate chips
    Couldn't find the vanilla, so didn't worry about it ;-)

    Mixed by hand, 300 beats with a whip. Poured it into an 8x8 pan sprayed with butter flavored PAM.
    Baked it at 350 for 30 minutes.

    I cut this in 12 servings. Each serving is: 95 calories; 16 carbs; 3 fat; 2 protein;168 sodium, no fiber.

    My grandsons were happy as I made myself birthday cake, I was happy because it was super yummy!! I let the boys put extra mini chips on part of it when it came out of the oven.
