Thanks for the feedback everyone. I'm doing the online, not the meetings, but I feel better about what i'm eating and how much then I did b4. I like MFP, but I feel like WW gives me more structure. My first weeks weigh in will be Sunday, so i'll see just how well I did...lol

no egg, does that include egg substitue? I eat that, turkey bacon, 90 calorie english muffin, & weight watchers cheese (breakfast sandwich) or 110 calorie thin bagel w/ weight watchers cream cheese.

This is not a good idea, it wll drastically slow your metabolism, which will initially cause you to gain weight, and will causeyu to lose weight at a drastically slower rate. your drinking way to much water, and yes, you can drink to much water. the minimum calories a man should take in is 1500. u may need to reevaluate you goal setting, and increase your exercise.

Subway is fine. Just no cheese, no sauce (besides mustard & vinegar), wheat or italian bread (u can even ask them to gut the bread) and meats like turkey, ham, and chicken. all veggies accept avacado

thanks for the info, and I weigh myself 1st thing n the AM naked prior to consuming anything, bcuz I know that clothes, and food consumed thru the day make ur weight inaccurate. I'm trying to get as accurate a weight as possible

I don't have cheat days, but I have good and bad days, but regardless I track it, just so I know. I don't think there is anything wrong with cheat days, but I think you should still track them, for your own reference

i think it depends, my aunt had 3 c-sections, and on the 3rd 1, the Dr. did a little extra cutting, bcuz he said that her lump was due to how she had been stitched b4, and that's why she couldn't get rid of it, so he removed the scar tissue that was causing it. besides that, I guess just tone up
