I've been measuring my food and have noticed some thing. Has anyone noticed that some containers don't have the amount they say they do? Either that or the measuring cups are getting bigger?

    I know a lot of them have the wrong servings!! Especially canned fruits and veggies!! LOL But I guess them saying Approx covers it?! Still stupid that it seems to be NEVER right!!

    I have noticed this too. Like something will say 1 serving is 1c there are 4 servings per container but i only get 3.5. Level measurements, not mounds.

    Alright, I was thinking I was going crazy, only getting 3.5 half cups out of a can of apple sauce!

    Printed serving size claims are unreliable. Get some scales and weigh the serving size that you use.
