I love animals but I truely believe that some should not be saved, I know you will be extremely emotional right now, but imagine if you do rehome and he seriously hurts someone, I think the bravest thing you can do is to put him to sleep, it will be heartbreaking, but no where near as heartbreaking as if he really injures…

A few of my MFP's are friends in real life but I have met one I didnt know before, when we climbed the Eureka tower, we both made fools of ourselves and screamed as she came through the finish line! Was pretty cool!

I did Ripped in 30 after I finished shred, and I have recently just finished Chalean Extreme I loved Chalean, I mainly did the weights workouts but did a few of the cardio ones (they are sperate which I loved) and the cardio ones all have lower impact options, and she is a very different personality than JM

I'm 5'3" and 125 and wear an AU 8, I'm not sure what that is in US or UK sizing though I started at 197 in a 16/18

Totally normal, just try to tell yourself that you are good enough, and keep reminding yourself of how far you have come. I have been maintaining for nearly 6 months and I still struggle sometimes, but I just give myself new goals, like toning up and reducing my bf %, or redcing my sugar intake, to keep me going

I dont think black is a problem at weddings anymore, and I think it looks great with the shawl! I just bought a black dress to wear to a wedding in a month, I'm going to dress it up with red shoes and jewellery. The gold one is too wedding dressy to wear to a wedding I think

Yep the stretch marks will fade heaps and alot of your skin will tighten up, it may not go back to how it was before but it will definitely improve :)
