I've been doing C25k on the treadmill and was wondering that if im on the treadmill how fast should I be going? Im doing 4mph right now but thats more of a 'jog' and not really a 'run'. Should I slowly increase the speed each week? Or go back a few weeks in the program and start running at 6mph? Any advice would be…
