mind over matter what matters. I tried for years to quit the only way that worked is quitting cold turkey. I also chewed on raw licorice root which helps with the craving.

It has been a couple weeks of limping and I'm not sure how it started. as i was sick and a friend was walking him. it seems to have come on slowly rather than being caused by one incident.

I just completed W5D1But by the end I couldn't keep the same pace as I was in week 4, I did do all of week 4 in the morning right after i woke up but did not have time this morning.

just completed w4d1. didn't feel it till after the workout my legs are jelly. It was not as hard as anticipated. looking forward to my next workout words i have never uttered in my 37 years.
