Rachel was my favorite this season. I thought she looked too thin. The Biggest Loser is still my favorite show but I hope she adds a few more pounds because imo she looks unhealthy.

Looks like the OP needs some self control. You don't want to make everyone in the office dislike you.

I have been slowly avoiding processed foods. I need to do exactly what you did and take everything out the house completely. I really want to do a stict 60 days and see how well it works for me. I'll keep you all posted. Thanks guys

Haha I got my message back in May. I was just simply asking in the post about trying crossfit. She sent me a warning email. I joined a crossfit box and posted about my 1st class, she sent me another message lol

Thanks both of you. I noticed that when I was doing Paleo I was eating almost the same things every day. I think what I'm going to do this time. I'm actually going to do this with my sister so I think we can work together to come up with a variety of meals. I really want to do atleast 60 days.
