Cellulite Reduction
Ladies, I need some better suggestions on what to do to further reduce cellulite. I have the Brazil Butt Lift and I’m sure Leonardo will really help with reducing, but I let a friend borrow my DVD to complete the program while I do Tap Out XT. I really need some suggestions. Please help

2000 calories

Tips for new runners
I work out at least 4 days a week a min of 45 minutes. I do a lot of cardio but I feel like I’m going to pass out and die when I run. I lost 15 pounds a year a go just drinking slim quick and walking daily. It only took 2 months to get it off. A year later I gained it all back and some extra. I started drinking it again and I haven't loss one pound from it. I'm not sure what cause the weight loss before. Do anyone else use it?
