    There are not much P90X3 transformation videos on youtube! You should make 1!

    Thank you, but it wasn't entirely P90X3. Don't get me wrong, I love the P90X series, and if they came out with a new one, I'd be all over it! It's a great comprehensive program, but I prefer MFP over their nutrition program.

    That's the spirit! You've got a good body structure, and in time you'll shed some more layers. Always mix it up and never let your body get too comfortable.
