Thanks everyone! i'll definately look into joining a sport club, although i dont really play any sport at the moment, unless you count body combat as a sport! ha! I'm hoping the gym in Lincoln is good, not checked it out yet! Looking forward to it :-)

hard boiled eggs.. easy... pan of boiling water, put your eggs in and leave for about 5-7 mins

Go for a walk? Have a hot bath? I always brush my teeth if I get the munchies late at night cos no food tastes nice after the minty freshness!!

I will add you as I am off to Cyprus in 2 weeks! (protaras, to be exact!) and feel that I havent lost as much fat as i would have hoped so I am being strict and want ideas of fast working tricks or tips that probably are not sustainable but will do for my bikini body! haha!! xxx

I agree with the above poster. It is a shame you ate back all your burnt calories but I know how hard it is to sit back and not touch a delcious buffet full of sandwiches and cakes....c'mon, it is impossible!! Plus most meetings are boring so you needed to look forward to something! It is good that you are annoyed about it…

I personally dont eat back all my calories, otherwise I think there was no point in exercising (apart from the buzz of course!) BUT having said that, if I am extra hungry or want to eat something naughty then that normally comes out of my exercise cals. Welcome to the site, it truely is a god send.

I'm 5'. weigh 10st 6 (148.4lbs)... I'm 24 size 10/12 on top and 14/16 on bottom (because of my tree trunk thighs! grrr!) Would ideally like to be 9st6.
