get a heart rate monitor and log it on here that way by creating the exercise yourself including the amount of time you did it and how many calories you burned. That's what I do when I do P90X

I had a child come up to me and ask me if there was a baby in my tummy - little kids are pretty honest though. That helped kick my butt in gear

Salads add up in calories for me really quick. I would just make a beautiful huge salad. And add some fruit as dessert. Sugar in fruit is considered a good kind of sugar and I don't think they should really count it personally. Have fun eating!

I love my HRM but wonder sometimes if it is counting my calories right b/c when I put it on it always has my HR around 100-115 which is crazy as that is BEFORE I even workout. When ever I go to the doctor my RHR is always in the 75-82 range so I am wondering if it is counting me as burning TOO MANY calories since it has my…

Chef Boyardee anything out of the can without heating it up Feta Cheese Crumbles out of the box for a snack - the whole thing Man it sounds gross - can't believe I did that :) lol

It might be a healthy thing to incorporate into your weight loss regimen but not as your solitary diet. I think it looks interesting and have seen celebrities say they have lost a ton of weight by doing it but have never tried it myself.

I have been on Paragard since June 2010 and my periods last about 7 days. The first day is very light, the next 3 days are EXTREMELY heavy ( by this I mean I am wearing a tampon PLUS a pad to make sure I have something to catch leaks because) you will leak. ON those days I change my tampons/pads every hour sometimes…

Under Armour Bras like the post states above are AWESOME I am DD and they lift and HOLD so there is never skin on skin contact under there and my workouts are easier with them in place :) Such a great investment
