  • What is your calorie limit? I would suggest upping it to a liveable amount. Maybe slow your weight loss goals to 1/2 a pound or 1 lb a week at most and add in 30-60 min exercise daily. if you are on a college campus you probably walk a lot so make sure you track fitness to earn a little extra for eating.

  • I would also recommend you eat exercise calories back and aim to stay above your resting metabolic rate...otherwise it will work for awhile, but backfire when you eventually start eating more normally again and you will feel frustrated.   • I usually net below on workout days (about 5 days a week) but i try to eat back to get above BMR usually about 200 to 300 I need to eat back on workout days...At first i could hardly do that but now i am thrilled to have the extra cause i am HOOONGGRRYYY!! :)

  • I agree..more protein is helping me for sure. Also, find ways to get healthy treats in not as much junk. For example, peanut butter with carrots wierd but awesome!
