After losing 50 lbs and 50 inches, I had a TT June 26th. It was the absolute best thing I did for myself. The first time I saw myself without the skin, I cried. The recovery was pretty easy - I was off work for 3 weeks. I had 2 drains that were only in for a week. Feel free to ask questions [image removed by MFP moderator]

Started this new lifestyle February 2014. Lost around 50 lbs and 50 inches. 5'3" and 155 today (SW was 205). On June 26th, I had a tummy tuck to remove the excess skin. I didn't realize how much that skin still made me feel fat until I had it removed.

Thanks for posting! I lost over 50 lbs and 50 inches and my surgery is scheduled for June 26th. I can't wait and this made me even more excited. I kept asking the doctor if he was sure what I was seeing was skin and not fat. He assures me that it is. I hope I can get similar results that you did!

There's a non-meat source called "Beyond Beef" that is tasty and a great protein source. I buy it in the gluten frozen section at Wal-Mart

Thanks for the input. I missed a few workouts that involved the bench, otherwise they would be the same. I'm struggling with the OHP but still progressing in the bench press.

I weigh daily but only record it monthly because it varies from day to day so much (especially being a female). I have a calorie burn question. my scorecard says that I am sedentary or lower vs eTDEE or logging is incomplete. Can someone explain that to me? I don't think mine is working correctly. On my "check-in" tab, it doesn't list any calories, carb, fat, etc imported. But it shows net cals, cals burned. Nothing listed in the calculated from setup columns either. What am I doing wrong?
