I'm trying to get back into weight loss after a really long time off, so I'll set my goal for 20 miles in October. I've never done one of these, so hopefully it motivates me! I did 1.5 miles today walking Total for October - 1.5 miles

I've read that 3 10 minute workouts is just as beneficial as a 30 minute workout.

Oh my goodness! I read through everyone's ideas for subs and I want to try them all. I would for sure switch the oil for applesauce. My UGW is 155 which is right in the middle of my healthy BMI range for my height of 5'10"

Welcom! I've been here for about a week and so far the app has helped me a lot! I also lack motivation and usualy fall off track but I haven't yet and that's amazing in itself. And I'm a cool 5'10" so we have height in common as well! haha Feel free to add me and we can help motivate each other! =)

I'm deffinitely not worried. I HAVE to have cheat days or I go crazy. I don't plan on having one until Thansgivin, and then not another one until Christmas. I will gain a couple pounds over it, but I'll get over it and be back on track in no time.
