What is your goal weight?

My Ultimate goal weight is 65kgs or 143lbs (i am 1.7m/ 5ft 5) A website http://www.cohens.com.au/goal_weight_calculator.htm?action=calculate calculated my goal weight to be between 57-60 kgs! I guess i will have to re-evaluate when i get to my personal goal before taking recommendations from a website!

    My UGW is 155 which is right in the middle of my healthy BMI range for my height of 5'10"

    My first goal is to be 190. That is what I consider a mini goal. Once I get to 190, I'll decide what my next mini goal is until I am close to reaching my ultimate goal, which is 160 or so.

    110 pounds - or more if it means I'll have more muscle! I weighed that much 4 years ago and it was perfect for my body type/height.

    Beginning goal is150, but I hope to settle around 135. Lean, strong and healthy.

    My 1st goal right now is to get down to 270lbs by mid Dec and then 200lbs for my wedding day May 19th 2012. HW in June was 307, now at 287. But my Final goal is to get to a healthy weight and get off my HBP pills. Shooting for 165 for my 5'7 build.

    according to "websites" I should be between 95-120.... I wasn't that weight when I was in highschool. lol
    Currently my mini goal is to be at 165 by Christmas (180 now)
    my ultimate goal is to be fit and toned and around 130-140... and if more needs to come off then I cross that bridge when I get there!
    *Don't go by websites.... it is usually statistics!*
