I have a cheat meal or a cheat day. It all depends on how I am feeling. I don't get caught up in the eat clean every waking minute because I don't want to place those extreme limits on myself. I am human and every now and then if I feel like going off track, I do just that and get right back on track when I am done.

Yes when I first got back into working out a month ago, I experienced that. Things are much better now that my body has gotten used to things. Also I got proper running sneakers. The previous pair were of quality but I needva stability shoe.

I put one tablespoon in my smoothies, every day, twice a day. You can't taste them at all. I even put them in my daughters smoothie and she doesn't taste them at all.

I think the workout days (the 2200) includes 250 calories as exercise cals. If you burn anything after that 250 you should eat those back. So in your case out of the 500, 250 is already in that 2200. The other 250, you eat.

I can relate to you excecpt it is not that I don't like water it is just that I don't drink that much of anything in a day. If someone was to say you can drink all the juice/soda that you want I still would only drink about 2-3 cups a day, if that. I have to do something to make me want to drink more.
