    you should be proud of yourself i bet you not only feel better about yourself but your energy would have increased as well which is just a wonderful side effect of losing weight

    Awesome job! Thanks for the motivation! I can identify with that and see that it could be me saying I've lost 16 pounds! I'm 5'6" and 151 - I'd like to get back down to 135. I've never lost that much before. But, will do. Thank you and congratulations!

    Thank you all for the kind comments and encouragement. I never thought I could do it. For years I told myself that I was just a chubby girl and there was not much I could do about it. But I was so wrong.
    You can acheive your goals too. Just stay focused and believe in yourself. =)
