Sorry it wont allow me to change that. Not sure why. Thanks. I thought I sprained it back in June, but it continued to bother me. After several visits to the DR and an MRI, they found it was in really bad shape and needed casting and surgery. It had nothing to do with any workouts I was doing.

Cottage cheese, egg whites, greek yogurt. I have 1 shake per day, but have had days were I've had 1.5 - 2 shakes if something isn't playing out well. I aim for a daily g of 130 not per meal. Hope you figure it out! Also, check into fish and especially talapia, it has like 60g's of protein per serving!

I didn't have a c-section, but after three kids, the 'pooch' seems to be the last thing that will go. I would just keep working on cardio and strength training and it will happen in its own time.

Its not hard and its FUN! Have a good time and don't worry about it. There are people from 300lbs to 80 years old in my classes.

I havent personally started P90X but I'm doing a similar program, called Body Beast. I bet there are a few groups here and even on Facebook. Be sure to check! Good luck!

I finished 1.5 rounds and it was amazing and crazy addicting! Have fun and be sure to challenge yourself to push your limits!

I got mine from sears online. They were on sale, but when I got them, they weren't the kind I liked, after all. Thankfully, I just drove to the store and replaced them with an even cheaper pair. I say Sears!

jerky carbs, more carbs and more carbs with carbs atopped wth cabs. Some cheese, chocolate, chips and pizza!!

I'm the opposite, I add coffee to my protein powder. I just use the instant kind.

Just add the exercise as new, its what I did and I used a HRM to add my calories. Easy peasy!
