Just add the exercise as new, its what I did and I used a HRM to add my calories. Easy peasy!0

That's right.... Best way is with an HRM.... Nothing will beat that.0 -
Just what everyone else said, Heart Rate Monitor would be best because we all go at different paces.0

A Hrm would best, but I found this site that list all the exercises.

I wore a HRM the first time I did Insanity and entered it in MFP. Now, I just use the minutes and let MFP figure it out. I never eat back all of my workout calories so I don't REALLY care how accurate it is. I use my HRM as an excuse to NOT exercise if I forget it when I travel-- and when it loses my heartrate, I get irrationally upset.0
