Just add the exercise as new, its what I did and I used a HRM to add my calories. Easy peasy!

Just what everyone else said, Heart Rate Monitor would be best because we all go at different paces.

A Hrm would best, but I found this site that list all the exercises.

    http://www.everydayhealth.com/food-fitness/exercise-activity/calories-burned-conditioning-exercises

It has all insanity exercise listed.

Thanks for the link. I'm thinking of starting Insanity so this site will come in handy until I get a HRM.

I wore a HRM the first time I did Insanity and entered it in MFP. Now, I just use the minutes and let MFP figure it out. I never eat back all of my workout calories so I don't REALLY care how accurate it is. I use my HRM as an excuse to NOT exercise if I forget it when I travel-- and when it loses my heartrate, I get irrationally upset.
