Logging as an exercise...
I'm used to cardio/ Insanity, how do you log this? I'm assuming you don't use a HRM with it? I heard that weights don't calculate on HRM as they do with cardio.

Body Beast! Need Friends Please!!
I'm on day 3 and would love some friends who have or are currently doing it!! I was doing my second round of Insanity, but had to stop on Recovery Week by doctors orders. Do you sweat WAY more than anyone else?

Measurements before/after cooked
I use alot of frozen veggies and always weigh my food, but I've noticed a difference in the oz/g's in food before and after its cooked. The packages don't specify, so is the weight of each serving before or after prepared? Examples of what I'm using... bacon frozen veggies chicken breast morningstar meal starter crumbles

ISO: Female texting/facebook buddy on a 1200 caloric diet

Workout is messing me up...
I usually lose weight wonderfully and gradually. I've never worked-out or went to the gym, just diet restriction to 1200 calories. Would lose 1-2 lbs a week.
