  • A friend gave me this recipe, and I made it with lower fat ingredients, but it still tastes great...with just a little bit of a kick to it! It goes great with baked tortilla chips. 4 oz. fat free mayo 4 oz. fat free sour cream 1 can mexican corn, drained 1 can rotel tomoatoes, drained 1 c. 2% shredded cheese 1/4 c. chopped…
  • Can't wait to make these! Thanks!
  • bump this to remember this!
  • I upped my protein...but I am over on sugar a lot...and I know that's not good! Does anyone have any low/no sugar snacks? I love yogurt, but goodness, sometimes there are 15 sugars in a 6 oz. serving!
  • I still think that if your clothes are fitting better, then you are successful!
  • This sounds great! Thanks for sharing!

  • Don't worry about the weekend...it's over and done with! Just concentrate on this week! By the way...ever tried taking the skin of chicken wings? Not really easy, but that's what I did trying not to go over...I also worked out an extra 30 minutes yesterday so I could have a couple of beers with those wings! Good luck this…
  • Way to go! Isn't it so hard to be good, though? I went to a birthday party, and instead of eating the cake, I ate a Yoplait yogurt...Boston Creme Pie flavor, very yummy! BTW, I had a few calories left last night, so I rewarded myself with a beer and some popcorn!
  • I, also, have the F6...the standard price is $109, but I had a $20 off coupon for ****'s Sporting Goods that was in my Entertainment Book...I got even luckier because the store was having a sale...10% off all heart rate monitors. I  my HRM! I love to see how many calories I've actually burned, especially when I have…

  • Congrats! I bought a pair of pants a few months ago at a thrift shop, got them home and they didn't even zip. So, I'm hoping in another couple of weeks that they might zip!
  • Thank you everyone for all your reassuring comments...it really helps!
  • Just wondering if anyone has had a low # on their weight loss for week 2. The first week I lost 4 pounds:laugh: , but then during the second week I only lost 1/2 pound:cry: I'm thinking this might be normal...I know they always talk about Week 2 on the Biggest Loser...but I wanted to make sure. Thanks for your support!…
  • I'm going to a party to watch the big game, and I don't know what I'm going to do! I need some help here! Should I bring my own food with me? Should I eat early? Should I work out for hours before the party so I have some extra calories? I'm afraid that if I start eating I won't be able to stop! So, I guess I didn't answer…
  • Can't wait to try it! Thanks for sharing!
  • Don't know about the menu, but a suggestion about the chips...bring your own...buy some baked ones, count out a serving or two, and bring them in a baggie to the restaurant! That way you won't eat way too much! Good luck...eating out is tough!
  • I made the same recipe the other night, added corn and beans, and served it over white rice. I added the corn and beans to the original totals given on this website, and divided everything by 6...but I just had to guess at what was 1/6 of the bowl...so, I guess that's my suggestion...I did have some calories left over at…
  • I used to have 1-2 beers a day, and last week I had a total of 6: 4 on Saturday and 2 on Sunday, and I lost 4 pounds! Before I had my daugher I also lost weight, and I limited my alcohol consumption then, and it, too, seemed to help. The rule is everything in moderation...and mark the drinks on your plan! Those calories do…

  • Would you have eaten the food?!?!
  • Remember, everything in moderation! If you have a few calories left over, then go for it! Also, I have found that chocolate animal crackers hit the spot sometimes!
  • I do some sort of cardio 6x week...exercise bike, treadmill, elliptical trainer. I also started a kickboxing video...that covers both cardio and muscles! I also try to do strength training at least another day or two. I take one day off a week...but I have to make sure that day to stick to my calories! Hope this helps, and…
  • I just finished week one, too! 4 lbs. lost! Isn't it exciting! Now, I don't expect a number that high in the future...but it still feels good! Congrats to you!
