I go to 24 hour also...and I've taken both classes. Hands down..I like Turbo Kick better than Zumba. I take Turbo Kick at least 3 times a week. Depending on the moves....I burn anywhere from 600-900 cals in an hour. Naj

First let me say CONGRATS! In my honest opinion...I would shoot for 8-10 lbs a month if you can. Depends on how well you know your body and what it is that you are capable of. And of course some months you might lose more or less. Losing 8 lbs a month puts you at a 40-48 lb loss by December. Good luck, I know you can do…

I tend to do the same. I workout a lot so there are many more calories I can consume in a day but I try my best to stay away from doing that.

Dont feel bad....I did the same thing. I've lost 10 lbs....and this wekend was ALL bad!! I drank, ate things I shouldn't and I'm upset and disgusted with myself. I know I will bounce back from it though. Just gotta get back on track.

I have the Gazelle also...don't use it very much because my calfs are killing me by the next day after I use it. It's a pretty good workout. I have the dvd's that come with it...I listen to my shuffle while working out watching the video. I can't stand listening to Tony Little talk...he's weird. LOL! My fav workout…

Well, I get up at 2:45am to go workout with my cousin for 3:30am four days a week. The other three days, I workout anywhere from 6am-12pm.
