I'm planning to lose what I can in the next two weeks, and then give myself a week off... I know I can lose it again in January. I joined MFP in mid-October with the intention of losing as much as possible in preparation for Christmas!

I'm 5' 6" and aiming for 133lb, which is a weight I was happy at before. I probably should aim a little lower, as at 133lb my 'last places to lose' were still clinging on to some of their fat!

Mine are an inch smaller now, after about a 16lb loss... they seem to have room for another couple of inches to go!

It happened to me a couple of weeks ago & I was so disappointed! From what I remember, from the last time I used MFP, it will prompt us to recalculate each time we lose a certain number of pounds. Well done on the 6lb :)

It's because MFP has recalculated at your current weight, so the new figures would be more accurate.

The same happened to me for yesterday's steps - no idea why, as I definitely did enough to earn some!

It's probably a bit of an acquired taste, but I'm also a margarita fan and have switched over to tequila, soda water and lime.

Hi everyone :) I've been using MFP on and off for the last couple of years & it does always work. I've never used the forums before though. I came back just over two weeks ago & have got rid of 7lbs so far.

I sometimes mix muesli with plain low-fat yoghurt.

I have relationship weight gain too & not for the first time! It's definitely a struggle to stay motivated. I'm surrounded by people who can eat and eat and never gain weight!
