  • Oh my god! I had no idea and I often have the same things daily and just did it meal by meal but day by day! Thank you!
  • Fitbit Versa 2 or 3 or the lite versions for a watch version. Never had issues with syncing. Fairly accurate burns. For the Apple rings, you can change clock faces on the watches so you could find one quite similar. And yes phone needs to be close by to get calls and texts on watch.
  • Lower class. Yup that's about right! I don't really eat 'fancy' foods and seafood is not my favourite unless it's hoki 🤣🤣🤣 I got some Lower Middle Class because of the 'fancy' sweets and because I like mussels sometimes 🤣🤣🤣
  • If you make your diary public, some of the more experienced people can help you. @callsitlikeiseeit @AnnPT77
  • Since you don't have a lot to lose and want to do it in a healthy way, it's better to set your goal to 1lb or .5lbs per week. Also, wanting to lose it in 5 weeks is not reasonable.
  • I'm not from India but my partner is Punjabi. He cooks dal for us and that's usually my dinner everyday - dal with rice. It's delicious and filling. I just make sure to properly measure everything so I know what's in it and how much. You really just need to focus on portion control and watch out for oil, ghee or butter and…
  • Hi. I use my FitBit everyday and I love it. Feel free to add me. Perhaps we could also do FitBit challenges if you enjoy them?
  • Hi. I'm 37 but feel about 90! I've been on MFP for about 10 years - well off and on. I have about 78 kgs to lose (170 lbs). I've lost about 23 kgs so far (50 lbs). My highest weight was 147.7 kgs (325 lbs). 55 kgs to go (120 lbs)! I have osteoarthritis in both my knees and both sides of my lumbar spine. I also have gout in…
  • Hi! I'm from NZ and again losing weight. Lost about 23 kgs last year and then took a break. Recently back into with 54.7 kgs to lose! Feel free to add me 😊
  • Hi! I'm Jytte. I'm 37. I have lost 23 kgs (around 50 lbs) and have 54.7 kgs (around 120 lbs) still to lose. I'm a good cheerleader so feel free to add me if you want to 😊 FYI @callsitlikeiseeit is a good friend to have here especially if you like reading about animals and other crazy stuff that happens to her 🤣🤣🤣
  • Most of the time I'm walking up and down the hallway when I'm on MFP or FitBit. I generally don't allow myself to sit when reading the forums on MFP or flipping tiles for bingo challenges on FitBit. When I'm watching Netflix or Disney+ during the day, I usually watch on my phone while walking up and day the hallway. I work…
  • Friend requests sent to @TwistedSassette and @s3ychelle Hi. I'm 37 and have PCOS. Only diagnosed a few years ago but I'd always had issues with my periods since they first started. It's not something that affects me too much apart from making it just a little harder to lose weight. Otherwise, I have no issues (mirena so no…
  • I've added you.
  • I've been using it off and on since November 2011. I don't know how I came across it. I'm thinking a random google search 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️
  • I have pcos and I also take Metformin for it. Most symptoms don't bother me actually. I always liked having periods only every few months as a teen/20s! I don't want kids. But I do have facial hair that can be annoying. Feel free to add me 😊
  • My advice is do not skip any Metformin pills. Symptoms can be worse if you do that! I found out the hard way as did my ex! So, keep taking the Metformin, drink water and eat when you can. The side effects should start to slowly subside.
  • Sent you a friend request. I'm 37 from Auckland. I need to lose 47.7 kgs.
  • I have osteoarthritis in both knees and in my back, as well as gout in my right foot. Cycling hurts my knees (maybe because they are at the severe stage?) but walking usually helps me. I walk a lot. Usually over 10,000 steps a day. I find that if I don't walk Auckland end up more stiff and in more pain. I try not to take…
  • Hi. I also have pcos. I'm good with logging but not necessarily the right amount 🤣🤣🤣 I've lost about 28 kgs and have quite a bit to go! Feel free to add me.
  • Fyi I'm still around. I'm reading posts off and on. Trying to get my head sorted. I had a job then got fired. Turned out I really enjoy taking care of my partner Nitin and I would like to be a housewife and not work! No idea I'd ever feel like that! I have a new job starting on Monday. I'm sad that I have to go to work…
  • No such thing as a 'detox' for food. Just get your water in. Get fruits and vegetables in.
  • Nice ways to manage stress! I love horror and comedy movies too. I wish I had a dog to walk! Fyi your dog is so cute! 😍😍😍
  • @3greyhorses yes we can do this! I weighed in this morning at 118.1 kgs so I'm doing something right 🤣🤣🤣 Let's do this!!!

  • @GabiV125 Nah it's all good. You're a lot nicer than some of my friends have been about it! Thank you for the kind words. And I hope she does eventually except us - for my boyfriend's sake at least. He is really close to his mum so I can understand how hard it must be. Did you or your parents emigrate? If so, where from?…

  • I wish I had solid advice for you. I had a similar problem to you. Couldn't fall asleep at night but also couldn't nap during the day (unless on a bus lol). I finally had to go to the doctors and get something to help me sleep. I tried no screens, set bed time, set wake up time, exercise in the morning, sleepytime tea,…
