I got a good set just from Woolworths, they do weight, bf%, water, muscle mass and have 6 programs so you put in your height, age and sex and can track several people on the one scale. I think they were about $50.00, and I think the brand was Propel, hang on that might be my kitchen scales brand!!

No way. If your body is deficient then you need to supplement it to bring it back to functioning normally. Im 5'9 and get exactly the same comments. My hubby works away a bit, and I find it so much easier to eat healthy and exercise more when he isnt home. But, then I miss him and it does get a bit lonely as well, so its definitely hard to find the happy medium so Im feeling you

Ive just started RI30 and am on L1D3 today as well. I just finished 30DS on Monday and am missing it as RI30 feels harder at the moment and has me dripping in sweat, however this could be cos I upped the weight I was using for 30DS as I felt so much stronger! Cant wait to see yours and my results in another 27 days :laugh:

Was so glad to move onto L3 today, oh so much better than L2 which I just hated! Only 9 more days, however thinking I might do a couple of days morning and night just to speed things up as I bought Ripped in 30 and would like to start it next week

I have one more day left of L2 then onto L3. I am absolutely hating L2, I keep thinking longingly about L1, never thought I would be thinking that since it was a killer while doing it. I just have no upper body strength so am struggling on L2, but L3 is prob gonna be even worse, oh well the results will be worth it.
