  • Hi everyone I am still here. its been a month since I sprained my ankle. So today I am planning to be brave and start 30 DS, from level one again.   • Thank you , unfortunatley.. I have sprained my ankle... so no 30DS for few weeks. How dissapointing is this.. I was just starting level 3 , well on my way on this fitnnes program ...and here I am wth hurt foot . I hope to recover soon and catch up again...I will not give up..:wink:
  • Hey, ur not alone. I have the same thing. I have infact gained a lb. But later I came to know that muscle weigh heavier than fat which is why the weight either increase or remains the same.   • If any one is a morning person like me, i suggest completing the workout first thing in the morning. For me it has many advantages, firstly, in the morning you have less obtructions and distractions, secondly, you are done with it, once its done.   • I use 5 lb for all the workout. I started it on 17/07, i have missed 2 days days so far, but i am committed to continue it straight. I may take 2 days rest after I finish level 3..
  • The lunges with bicep curls kills me.. also the plank jump is dreadful....
  • Level 2 is definiely a lil bit harder than level 1 but I am getting used to it easily , as i have built stamina from the previous workout. I started level 1 with the modified version, but for level I jumped straight into the advanced version...
