I agree it is not as hard (but it isn't easy either) it just isn't as hard and TBC. Speed 2.0 is harder then 1.0...you never stop moving. lol All in all it is still the best 25 min workout in my opinion :)

I'm starting week 6 this week. I've only lost 5.4 lbs...but haven't lost any in the last 3 weeks. I can feel my body reshaping and changing and my clothes are getting looser too. Again we all want to see the sclae move down...but muscle does weigh more then fat. Keep it up!

I am very close to my goal weight...I'm 5'4" and weigh 125. I would like to get down to 115, but would be okay with 120 if I could get down to 15% bodyfat. I am on Week 5 Day 3. This will be perfect for you. I did Les Mils and P90X and T25 is still a challenge. It is similiar to Insanity...not as long...no warmup/cooldown/water breaks. Still intense, but not so intense that you can't do it. Be prepared to sweat though!

Keep at it! It is a great workout. I've never tried TF...is it as intense at T25/Insanity? I know you said a lot kicking/punching...I find I am very uncordinated with those movements.

Sounds like your keeping up...NO EXCUSES :). Don't injure yourself if you are pain. Maybe modify? If doubling up works...do it...but if it causes more pain just modify. Is it muscle sorness...like you need recovery time or did you pull something? I just started week 4...I'm improving and trying to put more into it…

I break mine up. It works for me...I do one in the a.m. one in the p.m. because I need the recovery time. I'm on a T25 beachbody challenge group and many of them do it back to back but there are some that a.m./p.m. and some don't take 2 rest days and do one on saturday. I guess it is whatever works for you.

My "Friday" is Sunday. I like have having Monday and Tuesday off. I am not a Monday person so haviing it off. So I guess I am 2 days behind you.

Thats what I did last week- I changed my double day because of a crazy busy schedule. i did my double the day before and did only one workout the following day. Good for you! Keep your goal in mind. When you don't think you can't or your aren't "feeling it" just remember it is 25 minutes. Just push play and as the Nike slogan goes "JUST DO IT" lol.
