I also try to stay around 100. I can't do 20-35 a day. I have lost 17lbs and by know means has it been fast. Good Luck

I count net carbs. Just curious becasuse I am new to all of this. Do you eat anything you want as long as you count your carbs? I guess my question is do you eat starches. Patotoes in moderation. lol

I am staying around 75-100 most days..not eating the whites, pasta ect. I find it hard to go over that. I have lost 13lbs in 8 weeks. I guess that's not to bad. It's just slow go for me. Thanks for you help I really appreciate it.

Thank you I think I will start off with 100. I am not hypoglycemic so is it ok to eat starch as long as it is with my carb range?

I have friend that has been doing this and she has lost 82 lbs. I have been trying but I am so confused. Can you eat anything as long as you don't go over your daily carbs. MFP has my carb count at 188 carbs. I am not coming close to that. I am not sure what I can have and I am not much of a veggie eater. Thank you

I did it!! I bought all different kinds of fresh veggies today! I roasted, broccoli, cauliflower, and some kind of little thin green beans. I seasoned them with all diff kinds of stuff and they were not half bad. My son loved them. I didn't even know he liked them. :)

That sounds so good. I am actually excited about trying some new things now. I live in Tennessee so we have lots of farmers and stands. I am going to hit them up today. I think I will try roasting some asparagus. NEVER thought I would say that. I do however like . Tomatoes, corn, lettuce, cabbage (not boiled), potatoes.…

This sounds really gross but it is soooo good. Marinate chicken in mayo and minced garlic! you can use reduce fat or fat free. Let marinate for 30 minutes or longer. Just bake it. It gives it the best flavor and soo juicy.

Here is a granola recipe that is really yummy. I am sure you can tweak it to be low fat. 2 Cups of Oatmeal 1 Cup Coconut 1/4 cup honey 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup honey 3tbs veg. oil 1 cup nuts (optional) Mix together spread out on cookie sheet toast in over until golden brown. 350 -400 for about 10 minutes.
