Since I have started recording again. On my first day I ate 3,000 calories.

I normally buy the Lipton Green tea to drink and I have felt like it gives me energy, though this post is the first I had heard about that being true. However, I don't drink it very often because of the amount of calories in it.

How do you cook your black beans? I am not sure how I could incorporate them into my diet without a struggle.

I detest celery, the texture, the smell, the taste. I don't like it cooked or raw or in seasoning.(I'm thinking I could make another "green eggs and ham" story out of this without the blissful ending!!!) I also cannot stand the smell of cabbage, but if I plug my nose the taste isn't too bad. I also do not enjoy raw onions…
