1 scoop Target brand vanilla protein powder, frozen strawberries, mangoes, pineapples, and peaches, half a raw carrot, almost one cup of 1% milk, and 2 teaspoons of honey is my favorite. :)

I love making protein smoothies/shakes. Some can be high-calorie but are usually low in fat and have a huge amount of protein. I use vanilla protein powder from Target, and it's delicious.

YES! I also hate when people mix up your and you're and they're, their, and there.

Godiva truffles and any kind of bread...mmm.

I try to always be under by sodium by 300 grams, which I haven't been successful at lately, lots of protein, and I try to eat all my calories and drink 8 cups or more of water. I also make sure my food doesn't touch, eat food in a specific order, and chew my food 12 times.

I've read The Tibetan Book of the Dead, and the way they view life and death is just awe-inspiring. Also, Marya Hornbacher's books, Madness and Wasted, are two phenomenal reads. Madness is about her battle with bipolar disorder and Wasted is about her eating disorders. I would definitely recommend them.

I do like truvia because it is natural, but it doesn't seem to sweeten as well as the artificial sweeteners. My favorite sweetener is definitely honey.
-
I own the apple cider also. I would say no, since it's almost like apple juice.
-
I'd definitely say Wasted. Marya Hornbacher is an amazing writer. I'd definitely recommended reading her other book, Madness. It was incredible.

sounds lovely, definitely going to try these. :)

These are my exact thoughts. It's so hard upping your caloric intake. I feel disgusting since my body isn't used to eating all this food. I'm weighing in tomorrow, I'm so afraid to see what the scale will say.

Have much do you usually eat? Going down to 1200 can be a pretty low number for some people, and a lot of people find it difficult to maintain. You might not be getting enough carbs or protein.

I saw that, it's ridiculous. I guess I could be a plus size model.

I love Pink Floyd so I thought this would be a good username.

I take melatonin every night and it works wonders. I used to have such an awfully difficult time trying to fall asleep, but within 20 minutes I become tired enough that I can actually go to bed. It's lovely.

Before exercise, I try to eat 2000 then exercise to get to about 1600-1700.

I've seen that commercial before, it does sort of act like laziness is okay. Just because it's in the commercial though, doesn't mean you have to be lazy.

Trader Joe makes the absolute best peanut butter ever. I like the creamy and crunchy unsalted kinds. I like that it tastes very nutty.

I have three main goals: recover from my eating disorder, be happier, and get to 137 and be content.

Personally, I feel it's better to stretch before and after. I do before and after when I run, and I used to dance and I would always stretch before and after. Although, I think it's more important to stretch after than before. Do what feels the best for you.

You have a really nice smile :)

YES. I hate when people do that. My family isn't supportive of anything I do, so I don't talk about it. I understand that many people think that if you're trying to lose weight, it means you feel insecure about yourself, or not good enough, etc., but that isn't always the case.

I agree. Everyone has different eating habits, ways of exercising, etc. I don't feel it's necessarily the best thing though to attack someone if you feel they're doing something you don't approve of. I've been attacked because of my eating habits and eating disorder, and people can be flat out rude. People should be there…

Same with me, the reason I was diagnosed with ednos is because my BMI is healthy.
-
I just started going to a psychologist and nutritionist about three weeks ago to try to recover from ednos. It's the most difficult thing I've ever done and it sucks, a lot.

Put peanut butter in your hair. It helps the gum slide out.

I need at least 10 hours, but on weekdays I usually only get 8. On the weekdays, I sleep usually 11 hours.

I have a Keurig and many of the brands have flavored coffee- I currently have a 48 pack that has gingerbread, eggnog, and French toast flavors. They only have about 2 calories. I put 1% milk in my coffee and usually put less than 1/4 cup with three Sweet 'n Low. I've been putting less and less milk and gradually I seem to…

Definitely skinny. It's nice being fit and strong, but I'd like to feel skinny.

I don't feel like I have any sort of accent, but I'm assuming I do to other people. I'm from South Jersey but I can tell I have no Philly influence in the way I speak. I would love to have an Irish or Russian accent.
