I literally am so bothered by it because I see it every day..
IT'S "LOSE" not "LOOSE"

get educated, people. Second graders know the difference between the two.

When we lose weight our clothes should become loose.
It makes me lose my mind to see loose used incorrectly by spelling losers.
    LOL (lose or loose...hahahaha)

I cringe when I see it, but not to the extent that I'd go grammar nazi on anyone.

Just another thing that tells me the education system in America is terrible! I see this ALL the time...bad spelling/grammar and it drives me nuts. I always took pride in knowing my stuff when it comes to English. It just makes you look more put together and educated. It's not rocket science. lol

It's particularly annoying on this site because it's used so often. JMHO.

AGREED! Every time I see somebody say "loose" instead of "lose" a little part of me dies. It's such a simple word. Especially if someone is super focused on their weight loss journey, you would think they'd seen the word enough times to be able to spell it correctly.

As someone you can't spell to save his life this usually doesn't bother me.
However I was recently working on a group project on Google.Docs
    and someone had typed

"Patient will loose his Medicaid Benefits"

I corrected the loose to lose, and I never said a word about it.
The next day someone CHANGED IT back.

So yeah It drives me crazy and I can't spell!
