Guilty!!! I do walking/short YouTube workouts at my desk in the winter when we're slower at work (I'm a small animal veterinarian). There for awhile my coworkers thought I was nuts, but now one of my technicians is doing Krav Maga when she is bored. :)

It's a bit of a pain....bit flathead screw driver, with some down pressure as your turning, just be careful not to strip out the grove on the back of the transmitter. You can wrap the end of the screwdriver with a bit of Kleenex, worked for me better when I did that.

The batteries are able to be purchased at Walmart or Amazon.com, and easy to replace at home. I am sorry you had a bad experience with them. Sounds like they did take advantage of you by charging you that much for one battery, then taking so long to return it.

I understand totally! I just have to remind myself, results don't come overnight. You will be much more impressed with your results the end of each month, instead of measuring daily or weekly. :)

I've lost 30 lbs. and while mine seem smaller, I still fit into a DD cup comfortably, but my band size has went from 36 to a 32.

Between the Alpha and Beta rounds of T25, I lost 4.5 pounds and 6.5 inches overall. I've since completed 4 additional weeks of Gamma and am preparing to repeat the program. Here are my before and after pictures; Starting Weight: 145.5 Ending Weight: 140 Height: 5'7

I am 5'7, as of this morning (after eating horribly last night) I am 144.5. My goal weight is 135. I don't feel that I look bad where I am at now. I started at 170, but before I gained so much weight, I ranged between 125-145 when I never worried about what I needed to eat, and never exercised (years ago).

Chances are you are needing to eat MORE calories now that you have gained healthy lean muscle.
