Mine happened last Friday. I was wearing my jeans... the only pair that used to fit and they literally fell off my booty when I was walking. I was excited. Time for new pants!

Friend you can still splurge and not be off the wagon. The danger is you restrict, restrict, restrict and that’s when you jump off the wagon head first into old eating habits. These are things that should be taught in elementary school. Having proper grammar and correct spelling is important. It is very important to my employment and my everyday life. We can agree to disagree.

Offer to cook healthy meals, go grocery shopping with her to make healthy choices. Invite her to do activities like going for a walk, swimming, go window shopping anything to get her out of the house and moving.

I had to go on meds after my youngest was born. Sometimes the hormones and having a new baby is just something you cannot take care of on your own. I do not even look anymore. Because yes it goes up like 3 lbs for me. So I don't even check anymore it is too discouraging.

Hang in there. It will get better! When it rains is pours. Everything seems to go bad at once. My favorite quote is without a little bit of rain we wouldn't have rainbows and our flowers would not bloom. So soak up the rain and bloom when it is done. Corney I know but it helps me through rough patches.

Well 2-1 3 miles walked/jogged 2-2 1.5 miles walked 2-3 3.25 miles walked/jogged 2-4 my rest day so 7.27 miles down 92.25 to go. woo. I am on it tomorrow!

Great Job! I have that much to loose. Makes me feel like I am running in the right direction because I just started running again. I have lost 13 lbs so far!!
