Yeah, I actually added some lean hamburger meat and a bunch of seasonings to my liking. The husband even liked it! He wasn't thrilled when he saw it, but was happy after he tasted it.

Wow, that's awesome! I logged it as dance. I only did it for 30 minutes and it said I burned 280 calories. I know this isn't 100% accurate, but it is somewhat of an idea. I need to invest in a hear rate monitor. Any suggestions on brand? What is best for the price?

When I drank Diet Coke, it wasn't because it was a "Diet" drink. I actually preferred the flavor of Diet Coke to any other soda. Now that I haven't been drinking it in over 6 months, though.......I am hooked on water.

Take some water pills! lol OR have your doctor get you Phentermine.....of course once you get off of it you will gain everything back and more.

Thanks everyone! I am trying to also keep my husband happy when I make a meal. I can make steamed veggies, and make him a can of pork and beans since he won't eat the veggies. I don't want it to be the same with pastas! He will say he will eat the whole wheat pasta, but when it comes down to it...he just eats around it. :(

Buccees - that is a great idea! Actually, I started a freezer meal swap group last year. We each baked one dish, but 5 total. Then we would get together and everyone (there were 5 of us) would get one of each persons dish to put in our freezer.
