Just Calories

Just wondering is anyone doing their weight loss with only going on their calories (No exercise).. looking to see is there many of ye out der.:ohwell:

    Well, I should be exercising but I haven't started yet. :)

    I get 2095 cal a day for bike riding, but I eye my normal calorie goal. I hit it a lot more than I thought I would.

    i started that way.... then i started exercising - but not for the weight loss... mostly because i'm so tired all the time and can't keep up with my kids... i lost 10 pounds between sept. and november of last year just on cutting down on my food intake.. now it seems i'm stuck between 115 and 113... :( it will work for the most part though...
