Yes, I understand that you cannot spot reduce. I meant for those who have had signifigamt decrease in bf percentage, what has helped you achieve that? I want to stay at 110 pounds but I want to lose body fat. I would rather my muscular and have a little curve than be stick thin.

I once didn't have my period for a whole year and then I took BC for a while in order to get it. But I stopped the BC b/c of the effects it had on my body...so now I have it every other month. I just contribute it to low BF. I have a percentage of 19 or 20%.

I am thinking of running a 3.1 mile run. And I can run for about 5 minutes @ 5 mph before my legs start to ache. But, I want to increase my time running versus walking and I wanted to know if anyone had any advice how to increase my run time. Should I slowly add 1 minute to my time running each workout?

According to several different calculators online, I have a body fat percentage of 20%. I really want to tone the jiggle in my belly and I want to gain some muscles in my arms. I am sooo weak it isn't even funny. I struggle to pick up my school bag when its too full.

Thanks! I have a bf measurement, according to the calculators I have found online, of 25 %. My lean body weight is at 99 lbs. I would, though, like help lowering that number to 15 percent. Anyone else have any ideas?

I am 5 foot 1 and I do not want to lose weight. I was just wondering why I was staying the same weight and not gaining any muscle. I eat protein at every meal but I am guessing I should definitely bump it up if I want to gain muscle.
