I've been doing it for about a month I love it... it is more expensive than other places.. but at a regular gym you don't have a coach there, you don't have pre-planned workouts, Oh and everyone who posted in this thread be ready to get spammed and "warned" about the dangers of Crossfit by "Health_Gal"

on the activity manager, open the tab for calories burned, you can modify the bar at the bottom to only show a certain timeframe and it will tell you how many cals burned.. Ive never used the exercise button on the app... sorry.

Absoloutely. As a man, 1500 cals is probably way under your TDEE. so you should definitely eat back those exercise calories on those big burn days.. Your body is telling you it doesnt have enough to fuel it... Listen to it!

my daily goal is 2300, my average TDEE is 2800.. You work more.. you eat more... :)

I have had it for 2-3 weeks now and I love it... You have to not mind wearing it all day, and not be embarrassed to tell people what it is when they see it under your clothes. I love the data it provides.
