There's another half marathon at Cape Cod that is called Zooma. It's in September and an all womens race series. Look it up. It will give you more time to train. I will be doing this half. Where in Ma do you live? I live in the Milford area...

I haven't looked at your food diary but is that a picture of you? If so, you may be just maintaining your weight as it doesn't appear that you need to loose any. BTW, you look fantastic!

Pringles! I need the sodium/salt intake for my low blood pressure. After working out real hard I have a small tub of Pringles which helps me not feel wozzy...per doctors orders (true).

My favorite way to burn cals is spin class - so fun & challenging every time! Second would be running....no gym needed ;) Lastly, it's important to weight train too.

I'm in for 50 miles this month! Ran 2 miles so far (1 yesterday & 1 today). No more leg pain so will be back to my usual runs next week :)
