I'm in this month, but fewer miles due to the fact that I'll be recovering from a marathon on May 6th. Put me down for 110 this month.0

My goal for the month is 100 miles.
I ran 5 miles yesterday. I am debating about running a 15k on Saturday. It is a hybrid race (4 mile trail, 5.3 mile road). Runners can both parts or just the trail. Haven't decided.

5.1 HARD and sizzling miles today. I am changing my schedule to run earlier before it heats up, I will adjust.
I am doing a half on May 20th and a 15K (9.3 miles) Trail Run on Saturday. I am scared for Saturday, the last mile is all uphill 300+ ft climb uphill, but I am UP for the challenge.0 -
OH and I did a trail race last Saturday and won the Master Division!!! It felt real good! I love being 40+ :happy:0

I am doing a 15K on Saturday as well, it is a trail race, and will be the furthest distance that I done for a while, it could be the furthest ever! I am not sure. I did a lot of running in my early twenties ... and I may have done an 11 miler then (or it may have been just 8 miles)... not sure.0 -

I'd like to run 70 again. I'll boost my mileage again in a few months when I start training for a marathon in October. I have a 5K coming up later this month, so I'm doing more speed workouts.
Excellent!! If my half goes well, I may aim for a marathon - I am thinking January though, October seems to soon for me (: but there is an October one that looks interesting ...0
