I subtracted 1 TBS oil and recalculated at http://caloriecount.about.com/cc/recipe_analysis.php. Came up with significantly different numbers with calories set at 147. The real worrisome numbers come when you consider saturated fats and cholesterol. This is, however, a recipe I could work into my breakfast, lunch or dinner menus even though it is not as inviting as first calculated.

I have tried this again (using different contents which were veggies and about the same nutrition), But I placed them in cupcake pan so I had individual ones. I had to cook for about 5mins more (since it wasn't spread out). Plus also if you use it as a sandwich insider. Just place between a low cal english muffin and bam, a healthy and fast breakfast sandwich.
As for how long they keep, I never go more than 3/4 days b/c it starts to look "slimy" and becomes mentally weird. I have not tried to freeze it though.
