Day 10 finished! It was really tough today though. My back and my wrist are killing me so I think i'm going to rest tomorrow and give my body time to cool and recover.

Finished Day 8 Level 1! Two more days and then level 2. I'm growing annoyed by this level lol, I feel Jillian talks way too slowly! haha, but anywho, I'm glad i've kept up with this. So far, i've lost 2.2 pounds and a few inches here and there! Wohoo!

I completed day 4 yesterday! With the internet not working due to issues with the modem, I had to use a stop watch and list of the exercise to do the Shred. I hope day 5 goes well today!

According to the formula my TDEE-15% is coming out to be 2005, so does that mean I need to eat that much daily to lose weight? With a 1522 BMR, aren't I taking in 500 more calories than necessary? If I want to lose 1 lb a week, how does that factor in to the number of calories I consume?

I've noticed that too! I sweat more during the Shred than when i'm on the elliptical for 45 minutes!
