I bought a Freemotion incliner and am really liking it. I am able to workout longer and have burned more calories than any other workout. Looking forward to see what results I get.

Why do they say "release" the weight? Is it liquifying and going out the toilet? I noticed that alot with Isagenix users-- they all say they released weight...

I love it... Yes.. "release" fat'is a bunch of baloney..... you have to burn fat off!

What turns me off about this system is how much the people who are on it boast about how much money they make selling it.. RED ALARM right there.... I have more respect for someone who loses weight by sweating their butt off and makinjg healthy changes in their diet.

When I started, I laid on the floor huffing and puffing in between exercises.. My daughter would laugh so hard; 4 months later, I can cruise through the videos--still challenging but my body has changed immensely for the better...

I am 4 10 and weigh 122 pounds and that is a struggle.. I weighed 110 pounds when I got married but I lived on protien shakes and exercised 2 hours a day for the few months before the wedding and there is no way I could upkeep that lifestye. When I am at my fittest, I am a good 118-119 pounds.

I am 4' 10" too and I have lost 5 pounds since Jan 1 sticking to the 1200 calories and I started the shred and I have done 10 days of level 1... so not impossible but definitely hard work but so worth it

I do every night... I just put on warm and measure 5:1 instead of 4:1 to make sure they do not get dry

I eat Steel cut oats for breakfast--literally, the days that I dont, I am starving and looking for snacks all day.. try it.. I make mine overnight in a crock pot. It totally fills you up like a brick

My daughter had an issue where her a few of her fingernails would fall off one after another.. starting from the nail bed at the bottom of her nail and fall off from the bottom up... it was quite concerning.. but we started her on multivitamins and the problem has been gone ever since.... so I suggest upping your vitamins…
