What meet did you do? I recently did an in-house friendly meet, and am thinking of registering for an Elite meet that's in August in Toronto, but I'm terrified of doing a "real" meet!

It definitely can be done I recently lost body fat and weight while adding on muscle. I ate at a very slight deficit, and followed macros set by my trainer. I wouldn't have been able to figure out the nutrition part of things on my own though.

Its really just cauli florets dipped in egg, then coated in panko crumbs and parmesean. I got a craving for it today. Looks like I'll have to get me some pork rinds! Thanks everyone

Our first inclination tends to be increase activity and eat less, however that is not necessarily the best answer. So if you are looking to go to two meals a day but you are hungry, not really a great idea for long term success. And 22 pounds in 5-6 weeks is pretty amazing!

I used to be a spin junkie, but after a year of it, and not losing and inch I stopped. That was when weights came into my life lol. I like the assault bike because 10 mins and you've had a crazy good HIIT workout in a very small amount of time.

Missed my workout today. Trying to figure out if I had "carb flu" or the real thing lol but not feeling great and very nauseous. Spent most of the day in bed, so besides my am meal I've had broth to get some sodium in me. Tomorrow is a new day. However I am incredibly proud I didn't give in and have some toast :smile:

Thanks I just reviewed. Getting enough magnesium for sure because I take a supplement, but I wonder if I should start having some broth every morning to start my day? Doesn't anyone find taking that sodium keeps them retaining water, or do you still manage to lose despite it?
