Oopsie bread
I finally made some oopsie bread over the weekend, most of it was pretty runny but I did get a couple out of it. But I found it just tastes like egg lol Since its made of egg, I don't know why I was surprised by this. Do you guys add anything to it to make it taste better?

replacement for heavy cream

I need to stop getting on the scale!
Anyone else get totally frustrated with the scale?? I am at the 10 day mark, down to 211.2 from 218. In 6 months I haven't had the scale move that much so why aren't I ecstatic??? The last 3 days the scale hasn't moved and for some reason I'm so annoyed by that!

Not losing

I hate that when I complete my diary it always tells me "In 5 weeks you'd weigh 183.4" or "In 5 weeks you'd weigh 179 pounds" and yet every week at weigh in, I weigh the same!!!!!

I have my macros set to IPOARM recommendations. I'm supposed to hit 180 gms of protein a day. Its rather daunting. I have my day planned, and have only 80gms of protein so far. Even if I add in a vega shake, I'm not going to hit the 180, not even close. How do you do it???

Very frustrated!!!!
I've been at this since Jan. 2. My friend who started with me is shrinking my the minute, and I'm up then down, up then down. I'm trying so hard, staying in my cal goal with the occasional treat and great workouts. I'm sure my antidepressants don't help, but trying not to use that as an excuse and blow it all. Argh!!!

Which Body fat calculator??
I don't have a scale that measures body fat, so calculated this am using the calculators avail on Fat2Fit. I used both the Military calculation and the Covert Bailey calculation.
