I don't have a scale that measures body fat, so calculated this am using the calculators avail on Fat2Fit. I used both the Military calculation and the Covert Bailey calculation. They gave me very different numbers - 37% vs 28.5%. Which do I use??? Funny though, they both gave me the same goal weight of 170 pounds. Maybe my goal of 140 is unreasonable lol.

I am too confused. My scale says 52 ish but with fat2fit I get 27.2 (normal), 45.2 (military), 25 (covert).
Should I just use my scale?0
