Blender ball
Just wondering - has anyone figured out how to add some fruit to your ptn shakes when using a blender ball instead of the blender? I'm considering pureeing some fruit and freezing it to throw in. I need more than almond milk and greens.

High protein pancakes
For my afternoon snack I made pancakes with cottage cheese, oats, egg whites, stevia and cinnamon. They were actually pretty good. I ate them plain, but they'd be delicious with some warmed apples on top.

30 Day shred level 1 and 2
Wow I did the level 1 and it was ok, but pretty easy to make it through. So yesterday i did 1 and 2 together and by the end I was dripping! My HRM said I burned just shy of 300 calories. Today I'm going to do level 3 then tomorrow 2 and 3 together.
