30 Day shred - starting at Level 3

Hello,
I picked up this DVD a while ago but since I'm training for a half marathon and also do a bootcamp 3 mornings a week, I never followed it for 30days straight. My question is this - I can do level 3. Is it worth it to keep going for 30 days if I can start at this level? I still sweat, and burn calories. According to my HRM i burned 140 cals for this workout. Am I going to see results do you think?

cant even give advice on this,
im on day 8 level 2 & the thought of having started with whatever level 3 has in store for me, well...........I dread the thought LOL0 -
If you can do level 3 why not think about doing 2 levels back to back? I don't like L2 - too many planks lol, so I often do L3 andL1 babck to back for a more intense work out.0

i agree abt doing it back to back. im on level 2 day 8, 2 more before i venture into level 3. i dont do this everyday though. I find level 2 challenging enough with all the plank jacks, kicks etc. level one was pretty easy i thought.0
