Exercises with hip injury

I'm getting pretty bored with my current exercises given by my PT. I have a bad hip so my recommended exercises so far are clams, side lying leg lifts, wall sits, lateral walks with a band around my legs, single leg deadlifts and plank.
I'm pretty bored - anyone have any good exercises that would engage the glutes, inner thigh and outer thigh, but no lunges or squats, no normal sit ups and nothing that engages the hip flexors.
And before anyone says it, yes I'll check with my PT/sports med doc....just looking for some creativity.

Glute bridges?
I saw a PT in January for a hip injury and she had me doing everything you mentioned plus glute bridges.0
