  • LOVE Turbo Fire!!! I skipped through some of the beginning stages, and I'm on my own persoanl week 8, but doing week 12 of the program!! So far in my 8 weeks i've lost 6.5 pounds (AND went on vacation!!) and I'm super motivated to get my workouts in!!

  • I really liked this workout! I had to modify quite a bit however I was able to do more than I thought I could!!! Today I am VERY sore.. but it feels great!!! And good news: I didn't fall off any balls!!! Looking forward to more of the new workouts later this week!!

  • I LOVE the steel oats!! I usually eat them with berries and a dash of agave syrup! They keep me full all morning and I find them to be much tastier than traditional oatmeal (which I'm not the biggest fan of!)

  • I did the video a couple times but I prefer to do it while I'm watching TV... one night I did it for 90 minutes while watching tv! It felt sooo good!! I had a terrible migrane and i layed on my neck and it helped A LOT!
