I've seen it on their board when you order in the store. Call them and maybe they can tell you. Usually it's the sandwich amount minus bread.

Honestly, I could not afford to. But if it fits into your calories you can eat as much as you want.

Today I went to Panda Express. Chicken and Mushrooms over vegetables instead of rice was under 300 calories (I think 250) and it was SO good!

Since McDonald's does breakfast all day long here I can get an egg McMuffin sandwich for just 350 cal.

A serving of mini chocolate chips is 15 grams for 70 calories. I add them to my 30 grams of All Bran Buds (with 1/4 cup milk) every day. Fabulous snack.

I just tried Halo for the first time. Picked Oatmeal Cookie based off this post. The flavor was good, but I was a little put off by the pieces of oatmeal. I only ate the half a cup serving and not the whole container but only because I want to savor it. Definitely will be trying other flavors and reaching for this brand.

I get worn out by condescending people who would never be caught dead drinking a meal replacement shake. It's all about calories, so get over yourselves. If someone likes to "spend" their calories on a shake, that's their choice. Might not be your choice, but that doesn't make yours right and theirs wrong. I find simple…

Bran buds are really good for fiber. I like them with milk (as a cereal) with a Tb of mini chocolate chips. However, I have a hard time finding them. Not every store carries them.

I like Olly brand. More of a meal replacement, not just a protein. Chocolate is good. Strawberry is decent.

I enjoy several flavored teas with no sugar. Right now I'm loving Peach, and Raspberry by Bigelow (?). I also love Peppermint White Chocolate tea with no extra sweetener from Teavana. They are not super dark and that helps a lot.

I enjoy his videos, but don't really do them right now. I especially like his "models." People who look normal - not stick figure gym rats.

Why do so many people sound angry on here? Relax people! It's just a shake! Tastes good, filling for some people, a set number of calories, offers more nutrition than chocolate milk. She likes it. No big deal.

Mukimame. It's the shelled version of edamame (soy beans). 12gr protein in 1/2 cup serving for 120 calories. Find it with frozen vegetables. I just add a bit of salt, but you could use it like any other vegetable.

That's the point. Skinny Pop tastes great. Air popped had very little flavor.

My nutribullet was not very strong and could not do frozen food. I got a NutriNinja for Christmas and have used it every day for smoothies. Love it! Came from Kohls for around $90 with three cups and two lids with the blender base.

I love them but can't always find them. Most of our groceries don't have them. I do like them as a cereal with milk and a tsp of mini chocolate chips as my night time snack. Now you're making me want some...

Those recipes are awesome! Thanks for sharing!

I use half a banana with a cup of frozen fruit, half a cup of vanilla Greek yogurt, a handful of spinach and a scoop of protein. Ends up under 300 calories for breakfast with around 25 grams protein and 10 grams fiber.

Some Aldis sell a different formula. Looking at ounces, the 10 oz tastes gross and has less nutrients. The older formula is 11oz, more vitamins, and tastes like chocolate milk. Kroger also sells one that is decent.

Recently I have loved using frozen mandarin oranges. No matter what fruit I use, I always add spinach (swear I never taste it), Greek yogurt, protein powder, and usually half a frozen banana. I have used a Ninja since the first of the year, almost every day. Haven't gotten tired of it yet because I can throw in different…

When you use MFP you can eat anything you want if it stays within your calorie limits. You can plan ahead for what you could eat the night before and take what you need each morning. I found I was taking a lot of the same items so I now take my things in bulk and I know they are already there each day.

I bought a Ninja at Christmas and have used it almost every day for a smoothie that includes spinach and frozen fruit. I LOVE it. It's very easy to use and clean. It was about $90.

I love Lara bars. Not really "granola" but fruit and nuts. 100% natural. For more a "granola" feel (think oatmeal base) I like Bare Naked brand. They have a yummy chocolate chip peanut butter. Kinda high in calories so sometimes I eat just half.

I like to freeze my fruit (give it a rough chop the night before) and then skip the ice. I also buy bags of frozen fruit. They don't spoil like fresh. My current face is frozen mandarin oranges.

Good luck! This is a great site for starting over.

I've done well with the free version, and don't even realize what I'm missing.

My recent favorite is 1 cup frozen mandarin oranges, big hanful of spinach, 1/2 frozen banana, half cup vanilla Greek yogurt, 2 Tb wheat germ, 1 scoop vanilla protein, 1/2 cup water. This morning I added 1/2 avocado and it was very creamy.

I like to add oatmeal to many of my smoothies to make them a bit thicker.
-
I have found that spinach has no taste and so I throw a big handful into every fruit and yogurt smoothie. Looks gross, but after a few days I have eaten a ton of spinach painlessly.

I've been using Designer Protein Lite. Not super high protein, 10g., but also has 4g fiber, and a bunch of vitamins. The flavor is vanilla cupcake and it's only 60 calores a scoop, added to my fruit/spinach/yogurt smoothie every morning. Only $8 for the 16 scoop tub at Target. You might also look into meal replacement…
